Common Problem:
1. Bluetooth can't connect?

2. Mobile phone can be connected but laptop or desktop computer can not be connected?
Answer: If the phone can connect successfully and play music. It means that the Bluetooth power amplifier board is normal, it may be a problem with the computer Bluetooth driver. The version is too long or the file is missing, it is recommended to uninstall and then reinstall the latest version of the driver.
3. When the volume is turned up, the sound is stuck and intermittent. Can I play normally after turning down the volume?
Answer: ①The power of the power supply is too small. Check whether the 18650 battery is installed and whether the voltage is too low. You can replace it with a new battery to test.
② 18650 battery is not installed, and power is directly supplied through the charging port. Because this product is charging, the current that the power chip can pass is relatively small (200mA). After the sound is turned on, there will be insufficient power supply, causing the speaker to freeze. The power supply can be directly connected to the battery holder, skipping the limitation of the charging chip.
③If there is no power supply problem, the power of the speaker may be too low. For example, if the output is 3W, but the 1W speaker is connected, and the volume is turned up, there will be a stuck phenomenon, and the speaker may be burned.
4. There is too much noise when playing music, or there is noise when not playing music?
Answer: The function of the power amplifier board is to amplify the signal. The main source of noise is generated by the radio clutter in the environment through the power amplifier board. So a little noise is normal. If the noise is too loud, you can change the power supply test. Or replace the speaker test. If there is still noise, please contact customer service.

After power on, there will be a prompt tone waiting for Bluetooth connection. The power indicator will flash quickly. When the Bluetooth is connected, the prompt tone will tell you that the Bluetooth connection is successful. The power indicator will stop flashing. The indicator flashes at a low frequency when playing a song.
