We found a large collection of antique license plates at a SE KS estate auction.  Some are in like-new, never used condition with paper envelopes.  Others are old, rusty, greasy, and dirty.  We are selling them just as we found them so b
e sure to inspect the photos.  Signs of age but old.   We did not clean the plates because some customers prefer the authentic rust, dust, grease, and dirt.  Cleaning will be your prerogative upon purchase.
