The condition is New.  This sheet will is for details on NASCAR models no racing team decals Included, kit not included.
Stored in a cool dry location from a smoke free home.  The decals show no signs of yellowing.
Unused - Vintage, Out of Production for some time, Waterslide decals. Due to their age, over time the decals may have become brittle and fragile, these conditions are not seen until exposed to water. The buyer accepts these risks and should take the extra preventative steps to prep or topcoat decals for application purposes before using or applying.
